	If there’s any possibility that you won’t be able to attend the meeting, please submit your proxy. Your proxy is critical in obtaining a quorum necessary to vote and conduct business. Proxy Forms were mailed to residents on July 27.

	Use one of these methods to vote:
	Vote on-line using the Internet. You will need the Login Name and Password on the Proxy Form that was mailed to you. or Complete the Proxy Form that will be mailed to you and follow the mailing instructions on that form. If you did not receive a proxy, or misplaced yours, you can get a blank proxy that you can print and mail in or bring to the meeting.

	Each household can only vote once. Per Section 4.2 (a) of our Bylaws, only Members In Good Standing (i.e. no outstanding assessments or other sums due) will be counted for voting purposes.
