The Village Advisor's primary responsibility is to act as the point of contact
for information needed to help homeowners in their respective village. In addition, they are expected to represent the interests of the homeowners in
their village during PGNA Board meetings. Advisors are not expected
to have all the answers, but they can advise a homeowner who has the answer for which they
are looking. Typical responsibilities include directing homeowners
to the person they need and arranging annual village celebrations.
The Village Advisor is a representative for the homeowners in each village of
Park Glen. They bring their concerns to the Board meetings and bring
information back from the Board meetings to their village. They
also serve as a "switchboard" for the homeowners in their village by helping them
get in touch with the right people to help answer questions or solve problems.
They may also organize block captains, coordinators, and volunteers in their
village. They also provide input on setting priorities on neighborhood
projects. They assist the ACC by keeping copies of improvement request
forms and deed restrictions for their village.
