PGNA 2023 Election and Annual Meeting
Annual Meeting & Election are on September 12, 2023
Annual Meeting is at 7 pm.
At this Annual Meeting, the election of Board members will be held.
The Annual meeting will be in-person only at:
Generations Church, 8400 Park Vista Blvd
(near north end of Park Vista Blvd.) Room E100 in the Main Building.
Parking: The closest parking to the Main Building Entrance door is the southeast parking lot along Desert Falls Dr (second drive from Park Vista). Please enter through the south drop off entrance.
Homeowners can vote:
- electronically (online)
- by mail
- by proxy
- via ballot drop-off box by September 12, 2023 at 6 pm, located outside of Neighborhood Management’s (NMI) office at 5421 Basswood Blvd (2 doors down from Premier Eye Care)
- or in-person at the September 12, 2023 Annual Meeting at 7pm.
Information on the Annual Meeting and how to vote in the election, along with election code and voting pin, will be sent to each homeowner by US Mail on August 9th. See information letter (without codes) here.
Any questions or If you have technical difficulty with the election process, need election code and voting pin to vote online, or if you would like to request a paper proxy form (to designate another member to vote in person on September 12 on your behalf), please contact YesElections from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time by e-mail at Help+PGNA@yeselections.com or by phone at 855-306-0501. The deadline to request a paper proxy is August 25.

2023 PGNA Election – Candidates
To meet quorum for the election of Board members, a minimum of 10% of PGNA’s 3,317 homes (332 homeowners) need to vote in the Election of Board members or attend the Annual Meeting in-person.
Below are the Candidates who have filed for the positions open in the upcoming election. They are listed in the order they were received.
President (1 position)
Susan Kenney -
I’ve been PGNA President for over 3 years and enjoyed working with many wonderful neighbors. I will continue to work to keep up our property values and inform homeowners through e-blasts/ facebook. I oversee all HOA happenings and oversaw Sidewalk Project #3 and will for #4; Coordinated Turkey Trot and helped with all events. I will continue to be financially responsible; involve many neighbors; uphold our documents; continue quality events, sidewalk projects; listen to you.
Vice President (1 position)
Tom Kaul –
I have been a resident of Park Glen for twelve years. I have been on the PGNA Board for four years with the last two years as the Vice President. I am a member of our Park Glen Citizen on Patrol team. I have been assisting with the signage in the neighborhood for upcoming events.
Secretary (1 position)
No Candidates received. Position Open.
Directors (4 Positions)
Beth Rutkoski –
My name is Beth Rutkoski and would like to continue being a board member as a director as my fourth term. I previously ran the PGNA Yard of the Month contest, brought and ran the Halloween Harvest decorating contest to PGNA, and ran the Holiday Decorating Contest. Helping with Facebook information when needed. Busy all year long helping to make Park Glen a great place to live. Always open to others’ ideas and looking for volunteers.
Alvin Donohue -
I’m a Navy veteran, long-time resident, and experienced business leader with excellent management, communication, and organizational skills. As your director, I'll responsibly advocate for your concerns, maintain, and improve our amenities, promote neighborhood beauty and safety, foster community connectedness, and exercise fiscal responsibility. With your support, I'll enthusiastically volunteer my time and skills for the greater benefit of our wonderful community. Together, let's make a positive difference in Park Glen. Ralph Robb –
I have lived in the Park Glen area for 34 years and Park Glen for 13 years. Been an active participant and attended most meetings since moving to PG. I have served on the PGNA board since January 2022. I am the Captain of our neighborhood Citizens on Patrol/Code Blue and have worked with our Neighborhood Police Officer on deterring crime in Park Glen. My concerns are property value & safety.
Dr. Mark Stingley
I would welcome the opportunity to serve PGNA. My wife, Mary-Christine, and I feel very fortunate to live in such a beautiful environment as Park Glen and Arcadia Trail Park. My overarching goal will be to support and preserve the natural qualities of the Park, area, and serve the homeowners. Paul Grove
I've been a resident of Park Glen for 22 years, and I'm grateful that I've had a chance to give back to this community by volunteering my time and serving on the PGNA Board of Directors, as Treasurer, for 3+ years. I will continue to engage with homeowners, support our PGNA scholarship program, and do my best to keep Park Glen a great place to live!

YesElections (the company hired to run the election), will mail on August 9, 2023, via US Mail, all voting information and your Election Code and Voting Pin to vote online. An email will also be sent by YesElections (it will say from Park Glen Election Admin) on August 11th, to those email addresses registered with PGNA.
